Good But Flimsy

The connection latches that hold this oven together have a way of working themselves loose and sacrificing the integrity of the oven so please be careful. It really should be engineered better, taking gravity into account to help keep the latches secure during operation and movement of the hot oven.
Concerning operations - The included thermometer is at the top of the oven and therefore probably not very accurate for cooking. A small thermometer that you can hang from or set on a rack would be a better, more accurate way to tell the oven temp I believe. We tried cooking frozen cookies on the bottom rack and with the oven thermometer reading 300 the cookie bottoms burned while the rest was cooked just right. Doing the same on the top rack with the same temp setting, the cookies came out perfect. Frozen personal pizzas got cooked properly on top rack only. I couldn't get the oven to show heating over 300 degrees without the stove itself starting to turn red (which is a no no) so I feel a 300 reading in the oven is about the best you can do at the top rack (which seems to be the rack where things come out best). Front door is a little small and makes accessing the top rack a bit difficult. If you have something thick you'll need to load it from the top and be prepared to remove it from the top by removing the top of the oven. I need to use it more to get more proficient. It's a fun thing to use but almost more of a novelty than a go-to accessory for use with the stove.

Fastfold Oven

Just received my Fastfold oven and tried it out on my kitchen burner. Worked really well for brownies! Thermometer was accurate. Will need to try the top shelf next time as I did have some burnt bottom on the brownies but I think it’ll take some getting used to. Can’t wait to try it in my trailer soon!

Fast fold oven

Haven't had a chance to use it yet but it looks very nice. Glad to see the dimensions are larger than described on your site. 13"- 10.5" It will fit perfectly on my wood stove.

Great design

Haven't used my fastfold oven yet, but it's extremely well made and fast and easy to assemble. I can't wait to use it latter on in the summer.
