I do want to start out this review with acknowledging the craftsmanship and overall appearance of everything I’ve ever bought from this company is top-notch. I don’t want to leave a poor word on the quality of what they make, or truly what they make is amazing. I’m only leaving a bad review, for the confusing, lack of clarity and so far absence, customer service for trying to fix in ordering error in a very confusing Pittman situation. I already have the nomad double view plus external air, medium stove, and I was trying to buy this triple wall, pipe and tent flashing kit to complete my cold-weather tent. I did not realize that the stove pipe on this model is different from other medium size nomad stoves and wouldn’t fit the triple wall pipe or for that matter, medium size water tank. I love my stove, I love the quality of the products that winner well produces, I just wish I could get a hold of somebody and receive a little guidance on how I can properly mount my stove inside my tent and if there is adapters needed to make these products work together or else what products are needed to properly use my stove in my tent. This one star rating is purely out of frustration and not hearing anything from the company after two emails being sent. I would happily delete this one star review and give it the five stars it is required, that is after this problem has been resolved. The emails were sent in , only about three days ago but with an eminent camping trip in my wallet, nearly $200 lighter I am feeling notably frustrated.
