Winnerwell Stove Replacement Glass

I accidentally ordered the wrong size glass for my Woodlander large external air woodstove. The lady on the phone was a great help in getting the right one shipped to me as soon as I realized my mistake.

I’ve been waiting anxiously for 910513 to come in stock for months, the stove is useless without it? Not sure what your supply chain issues are but it is a piece of glass. Clearly I feel you are prioritizing selling to new customers rather than services those you already have! Not a good look. When will I be able to use this $700 paper weight? Mid summer when it’s useless!?

I ordered 910342 for my nomad large view stove front door. Doesn’t fit. I need a 6.25 x 4.25 peice of glass, and not one twice that size that I was sent. It would be more helpful to have someone actually update the descriptions and measurements otherwise you’ll get more people pissed that they wasted money. I do love my stove but now I can’t camp still because I don’t know what the freaking part number is that I need. Please help
