Poor Customer Service

Stove is fine, in fact it’s a piece of welding art - beautiful welding. The issue is ordering what was thought to be a complete setup, incl. stove jack insert coupling kit, but not receiving the pipe expansion tube, for it to work/fit safely/properly. Then insult on injury, CS offering standard 15% discount for missing part, when issue caused camping trip (NM Elk Hunt) to not use stove at all, still in box deemed unsafe. Now, I get emails for 20% off products, as a general promotion - that’s a damn insult. CS review your product offerings/completeness and particularly your inadequate response to a less than ideal trip - due to no stove, sub 30-deg snow packed, at 9,000’. Welders - great, CS - ?

Easy set up

I followed the directions, played arts and crafts for about 10 minutes combined with templates and fastening the actual flashing kit in place. Set up as intended - we shall see how it holds up for the duration the season since I see some issues mentioned regarding heat and water leakage.
FYI - despite the dotted line pattern on the template I found it easier to overlay the the ring of the flashing against the dotted lines to cut the circle. Just watch your fingers.

Didn’t realize I would have to make holes in the existing stove jack so I never installed…. The flashing kit is super well built and I’m keeping it (even though I don’t need it) in case I ever have an alternate tent to add it to.
